Navigate to M2EPro / Settings / Synchronization.

Set “eBay Feedbacks Synchronization” option to “Yes”.

Feedbacks will be updated after Synchronization has been run. To see the feedbacks left on eBay navigate to M2EPro / Logs / Feedbacks and choose an account you need to see feedbacks from.

To reply on received feedback navigate to M2EPro / Logs / Feedbacks, find and click on feedback you want to reply.

On Feedback details page choose Predefined Feedback (Feedback Template from the automatic feedback settings) or type a message for the buyer and click the Send button.

Your message will be sent on eBay.

Also you can use Automatic Feedback to send feedbacks automatically.

Create Feedback Template(s); Choose a mode of feedbacks sending;

And Save settings.

By using Price, Description and Listing templates users of the M2E Pro are able to enhance Magento product presentation as eBay item listing. It is possible to create listings of major Listing Types (Auction, Fixed Price, and Store Inventory).

User friendly interface allows easy overview and management (revise, relist, and stop) of the listed eBay items as well as quick navigation to the items on eBay site and the associated product in Magento store.

Flexible options for Stock Level Synchronization allow configuring level of synchronization, which applicable for certain Magento site environment. Depending on the settings the synchronization can be performed on both platforms – on eBay and on Magento site.

The most important feature of the extension is eBay Transactions and Orders Importing. It is possible to import Transactions only or Transactions and Orders. The last one allows having all Orders for listed and sold items on eBay amongst Magento Sales Orders. These Orders are associated with the store, where the sold products were listed from. Depending on the settings, the Customer associated with Order is handled as a Guest Customer, Imported Customer or Single Predefined Customer. If Order item or shipping currency is different from Magento Base Currency, then auto conversion is performed, according to Magento Currency Rates.

Extension allows access to the main activity logs (eBay Listings activity, eBay Data Synchronization, and eBay Transactions/Orders). Users are able to set settings for auto cleaning of logs – this allows decreasing volume of log information and keeping only necessary data.

• Order # – the identifier of the order or N/A – not applicable if Import Orders set to No. It is possible to see order info associated with this transaction by clicking on the order identifier link.
• eBay Transaction – the identifier of eBay transaction.
• Update Time – the date of the last data.
• Buyer – the name of the person, who purchased the item.
• Product – the title of eBay item. It is possible to see item listing on eBay by clicking on View on eBay and Magento product by clicking on View.
• QTY – the sold quantity of item.
• Total Price – the total price of purchase.
• eBay Account – the eBay account and environment of the listing.
• Status – the information about current Checkout, Payment and Shipping statuses of the purchased item.

• # – the identifier of the entry log.
• Run Date – the date when activity was performed.
• Tasks – the number of tasks that was run.
• Success – the number of tasks for which, activity was completed successfully.
• Errors – the number of tasks for which, activity was not completed successfully.

• ID – the identifier of the entry log.
• Title – the title of the Listing.
• Success – the number of items for which, activity was completed successfully.
• Warnings – the number of items for which, activity was completed but with warnings.
• Errors – the number of items for which, activity was not completed successfully.
• Type – the type of the activity.
• Creation Date – the date when log entry was created.

6. Press Submit.

2. Enter all required data.
   • Title – the title of the listings.
   • Synchronization – if Enabled selected, synchronization performed according to the Synchronization preferences.
   • Listing Template – the listing template with values for listing creation.
   • Items From – the way to choose products for listing.
     • Products – to choose products from the product’s grid.
     • Categories – to choose category (ies) with products from the tree.
   • Store Filter – the store to use data from.
3. Press Next.
4. Choose Products or Categories.
   • Products
     Select necessary products from grid. You may use filter to have displayed only appropriate products, like only products that is in stock.
   • Categories
     Select necessary categories from tree. Every product that is in stock, from the selected categories will be used for listing.
5. Press Create eBay Listing – the listing settings will be saved and data transferred to eBay. If you press Save, then settings will be only saved.
6. The result of listing creation will be displayed.
   The general result of listing can be detected by the icon.

   	- eBay returns warnings or at least one item has error. Most of items were listed successfully.
   	- eBay returns errors. No items were listed successfully.
   	- eBay returns no errors. All of items were listed successfully.

   Bellow the general result icon, the result for each item will be shown.

   • If result is Success, then the View Item link is available. By clicking on that link, the listed on eBay item will be opened in the new window.
   • If result is Warning, then the description of warning will be displayed as well as View Item link. By clicking on that link, the listed on eBay item will be opened in the new window.
   • If result is Error, then the description of the error will be displayed.

• Return Policy – the return policy for listing. If Returns Accepted – the additional settings for return policy can be set.
• Refund Will Be Given As – how the refund is issued.
• Item Must Be Returned Within – the time period for returns.
• Return Shipping Will Be Paid By – who pays for return shipping.
• Refund Description – the refund description.
  Important: The Return Policy settings may vary depending on the marketplace.

• Payment – the payment method for purchasing. At least one option should be selected.
• PayPal Address – the e-mail address for PayPal payment. Available only if PayPal is selected as payment option.

• Domestic Shipping – the shipping method and settings for domestic location.
  • Allow – if Yes selected, this type of shipping is available for item.
  • Free Shipping – if Yes selected, the shipping cost is 0 and Flat Rate is not available to set.
  • Shipping Method – the shipping method for item.
  • Flat Rate – the shipping cost.
  • Dispatch Within – the time for dispatching.
• International Shipping – the shipping method and settings for international location.
  • Allow – if Yes selected, this type of shipping is available for item.
  • Free Shipping – if Yes selected, the shipping cost is 0 and Flat Rate is not available to set.
  • Shipping Method – the shipping method for delivery.
  • Flat Rate – the shipping cost.
  • Dispatch Within – the time for dispatching.
  • Ship To – the regions where delivery is available.

• Store Name – the title of the eBay Store.
• eBay Store Category – the eBay Store category where listing will be listed.

• Template – the Price Template to use for this section. When the one is selected, the settings from the template are loaded.
• Currency – the currency of the item prices. For more information, please see Price Template chapter.
• Start Price – the lowest price of item for the auction listings or the fixed price (“Buy It Now”) of item for the fixed price listings. For more information, please see Price Template chapter.
• Reserve Price – the minimum price of item for the auction at which it can be sold. For more information, please see Price Template chapter.
• “Buy It Now” Price – the certain price of item for the auction at which it can be sold immediately. For more information, please see Price Template chapter.

• Template – the Description Template to use for this section. When the one is selected, the settings from the template are loaded.
• Item Title – the title of the item listed on eBay. For more information, please see Description Template chapter.
• Description Text – the description of the item. For more information, please see Description Template chapter.
• Use eBay Layout Template – if Yes selected the eBay Layout templates can be used for item description.

If you want to use the Best Offer option, go on listing template, Best Offer tab.

“Best Offer Based on” – select an attribute you want Best Offer prices will be counted.

“Accept the Best Offer if it is greater or equal to” – the price at which offer will be automatically accepted.

“Reject the Best Offer if it is less than” – the price at which offer will be automatically declined.

On “Accept the Best Offer if it is greater or equal to” and “Reject the Best Offer if it is less than” you can use Fixed Value or choose attributes. Note, that these values are specified in percent.

You should:

1. On Listing Template on Multi Variation tab set “Configurable Products”, “Bundle Products” or “Custom” option to “Yes” (it depends on products you want to list).
2. Choose Multi Variation Options on the same tab.
3. Go to the Listing and add products.
4. List products.

1. Condition is required for this category.
   Go on Listing template, on General tab choose Item Condition.
   
   
2. The starting price must be equal to or more than US $0.99.
   Make sure that Configurable Products option set to Yes.
   
   
3. Variation Specifics provided does not match with the variation specifics of the variations on the item.
   This error occurs when several children are part of a variation listing but only some of them have values configured for one of the item specifics. Make sure that appropriate values are configured on all items.
   
   

• Title – the title of the template.
• eBay Account – the eBay Account which will be used for item’s listing.
• Marketplace – the marketplace where listing will be listed.
• eBay Category – the category where listing will be listed. Once the category is selected, press Confirm Category.
• Listing Type – the type of the listing.
  • Auction – You receive bids on your item and sell to the highest bidder. You can also include a Buy It Now price in your auction, which lets the buyer purchase the item before the listed end date for the auction.
  • Fixed Price – You list your items at a set price, so buyers can purchase right away (with no bidding).
  • Store Inventory – eBay Store owners list their items at a set price, so buyers can purchase right away (with no bidding). This option is only available if selected eBay Account has eBay Store.
• Listing Duration – the duration of the listing. The options are depended on the Listing Type selected.
• Item QTY – the quantity of the item for selling.
  • Product QTY – the quantity of Magento product.
  • Single Item – the quantity is set to 1. Auction type listing has only this option available.
  • Custom QTY Number – the custom number for quantity. When this option is selected, you can enter custom number to the textbox. and use appropriate attribute from dropdown list.
  • Custom QTY Attribute – the custom attribute is used for quantity. When this option is selected, you can select appropriate attribute from dropdown list.
• Item SKU – the product SKU.
  • None – the SKU is not set to the item.
  • Product SKU – the SKU is taken from Magento product SKU.
• Location – the location of the item. Only address and zip should be provided. The country is taken from Magento store configuration.
• Use eBay Tax Table – using an eBay Tax table from your eBay account.

   • Title – the title of the template.
   • Item Title – the title of the item listed on eBay.
     • Product Name – the original title of Magento product, which is shown on front-end.
     • Custom Title – the custom text for title. When this option is selected, you can enter custom text to the textbox and use appropriate attribute from dropdown list.
     
     Important: Listings titles on eBay are limited to 55 characters. Please note, that some chars might be converted to html entities, so because of this the length of the title can be greater.
     Tip: As eBay service limits product names to 55 characters or less, it is useful to use different attribute as eBay Item Title. You may use following steps to quickly adapt Title for eBay items:
     • Create Magento Attribute (i.e. ebay_title / Name for eBay).
     • Export all your products and open the export in perhaps Excel.
     • Add a temporary column to the spreadsheet that counts ‘len=()’ the number of characters in the original Magento name field.
     • Find any that are over 55 chars and re-write / shorten them and add these, along with all the rest into the new attribute column Name for eBay.
     • Remove temporary column, save the file.
     • Import data back to Magento.
   • Description Text – the description of the item.
     • Product Description – the original description of Magento product.
     • Product Short Description – the original short description of Magento product.
     • Custom Description – the custom text for description. When this option is selected, you can enter custom text to the textbox and use appropriate attribute from dropdown list. You can create custom description in 2 modes:
       • WYSIWYG – in this mode, you can use WYSIWYG editor for creating nice looking custom description without HTML knowledge.
       • HTML – in this mode, you can put custom HTML template to the text area. You should use this mode, when you want to add custom CSS to your description. You can use product custom attributes and image(s) in the description.
       • Description AttributesTo add a custom attribute, you should perform next steps:
         1. Navigate to block Description Attribute
         2. Choose appropriate attribute.
         3. Press Insert
         Attribute’s tag will be added to the end of the text, in the format #name_of_attribute#. You may use unlimited number of attributes in your description.
       • Description Images
         Extension allows adding images associated with product to the item description. The images will not be uploaded to the eBay, but will be displayed from your store web server. To add an image(s), you should perform next steps:
         • Navigate to block Description Image(s)
         • Enter all appropriate data.
           1. Image(s) Width – the width of the image to display.
              1. Original – the image(s) will be displayed in the original width.
              2. Custom – the image(s) will be displayed in the specified width. You should specify value in pixels for this option; otherwise it will be displayed in the original width.
           2. Image(s) Height – the height of the image to display.
              1. Original – the image(s) will be displayed in the original height.
              2. Custom – the image(s) will be displayed in the specified height. You should specify value in pixels for this option; otherwise it will be displayed in the original height.
           3. Image(s) Margin – the bottom and right margin of the image to display.
              1. None – the margin will not be used.
              2. Custom – the image(s) will be displayed with specified margin. You should specify value in pixels for this option; otherwise it will be displayed without margin.
           4. Image(s) linked to Original – if Yes selected, the eBay description image(s) will be hyperlinked to the original size image on Magento site and by click on any, the original image will be opened in the new window.
           5. Images Layout – the layout for multiple images displaying. This option is only available for All Product Images.
              1. Horizontal – the images will be displayed in a row.
              2. Vertical – the images will be displayed in a column.
           6. Number of Images – the number of images to be displaying. This option is only available for All Product Images.
              1. All – all active images of the product will be displayed.
              2. 1-20 – the number of the active product images will be displayed.
           7. Image Attribute – the image attribute to display.
              1. Product Base Image – the base image of the product will be displayed with specified preferences.
              2. All Product Images – all active images of the product will be displayed with specified preferences.
         • Press Insert Attribute’s tag with specified preferences will be added to the end of the text, in the format #name_of_attribute[width, height, margin, hyperlinked, layout]#. You may use unlimited number of image attributes in your description.

   • Title – the title of the template.

     Important: Reserve Price is only used for auction-like listings. For other types of listings it is ignored. All Reserve Price Auctions are subject to a Reserve Price Auction Fee.
   • “Buy It Now” Price – the certain price of item for the auction at which it can be sold immediately.
     • None – the current type of price is not used for listings.
     • Product Price – the original price of Magento products.
     • Special Price – the special price of Magento products. Use this price only you have set it.
     • Custom “Buy It Now” Price Attribute – the custom attribute for price. When this option is selected, you can select appropriate attribute for this price from dropdown list.
     Important: “Buy It Now” Price is only used for auction-like listings. For other types of listings it is not used. (Value for “Buy It Now” Price is taken from Start Price instead) Auction-like listings with a “Buy It Now” option are subject to a «Buy It Now» Fee.
   • Price Ratio – the ratio value is used to adjust price by multiplying. Default value is 1, which means the original value. Price Ratio is available for each type of prices and located next to price options dropdown. Examples:
     • To increase certain price by 50%, you should set price ratio to 1.5.
     • To decrease certain price by 20%, you should set price ratio to 0.8.

• Navigate to M2E Pro > Settings > Log Cleaning
• Set appropriate options at Transactions Log block:
  • Enable log cleaning – if Yes selected, log cleaning is performed as scheduled task every day.
  • Save Log, days – the number of the last days to keep logs for.

   • Enable log cleaning – if Yes selected, log cleaning is performed as scheduled task every day.

2. Set appropriate options at eBay Categories Synchronization block:
   • Check & Update eBay Categories Periodically – If Yes selected, on synchronization – eBay Categories for each marketplace will be automatically checked and updated, if there is update available.
3. Press Save

Note:If you run synchronization manually, the result of synchronization will be displayed

2. Set appropriate options at Order Synchronization block:

• Synchronize eBay items transaction – If Yes selected, on synchronization – the purchased items transactions will be automatically imported into M2E Pro->Logs->Transaction Log.
• Import Order – If Yes selected, on synchronization – the purchased items orders will be automatically imported into Sales->Order
• Checkout – the customer for whom, order will be imported:
  • Guest Customer – the system doesn’t require customer to be created. The Single Page Checkout (Guest Checkout) must be enabled.
  • Imported Customer – the customer will be created in Magento, using eBay customer data from order. The unique identifier of the customer is e-mail address. If the one already presents amongst Magento customers e-mails, the system uses that customer as owner of order and associate order with such customer. If ‘Imported Customer’ is chosen then the ‘Send Notification’ option shows up. In this case a notification can be sent to buyer’s e-mail ‘On Customer Creation Only’ or ‘On Customer and Order Creation’, or not sent at all.
  • Predefined Customer – the system uses one customer for all eBay orders. On first order importing, system creates such user identified by e-mail. This e-mail address is taken from Configuration.
3. Press Save

1. Navigate to M2E Pro > Settings > eBay Accounts and click Add Account.
2. Enter all required data.
   • Account – the title or identifier of eBay account.
   • Environment – the environment for eBay account.
     
     • Sandbox – test environment
     • Production – live environment
3. Press Get Token – you will be redirected to the eBay website.
4. Sign-in to eBay and press I Agree.
5. Now you should be redirected back to your website and user token is appeared on the form.
6. Press Save

Extension allows grant and use unlimited number of user tokens for eBay accounts, which operate in the Production or the Sandbox environment. M2E requires at least one eBay account set for interaction with eBay.

1. Navigate to M2E Pro > Settings > License.
2. Enter your License Key.
   
3. Press Save.
